I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the train station. The location was perfect for my needs, as I was able to easily access the train station and other amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as a mini-bar, free Wi-Fi, and a dressing area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area, where I could unwind and enjoy delicious meals and drinks. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was a great convenience. I was highly satisfied with my experience here.

The hotel was close to Kunming train station. Wuhua neighborhood was definitely worth visiting. Free parking on site was provided.

The hotel's location is very convenient, as it is situated close to the railway station and in a good shopping area. the rooms are spacious and provide excellent views of the surroundings. the staff provides daily room cleaning.

There may be language barriers if you are expecting English-speaking staff.

Old, dirty room, staff not helpful, ignoring clients. Nobody speaks English. Didn't want to call a taxi for us. Surroundings make you feel worried to walk around at night. We left 5 minutes after arrival. Avoid !

This hotel is in good location & near in Bus stop. It is very near from Airport, only for 20 RMB by Taxi.

It will be better if we get always at least one receptionist who are skilled in English language in hotel reception lobby. I can't got any location map from hotel reception.

The restaurant staff was polite and attentive. Convenient location near train station and buses. Thankful for Mr. Bill Lu's outstanding service. Enjoyed a great foot massage at the hotel.

The staff don't speak english. They are not able to call a taxi or to plan a shuttle to the airport.

The hotel is in a good location with easy access to public transportation. There are many local dining options in the area. The rooms are comfortable and have some nice amenities.

The staff's English skills were extremely poor and this caused many issues during our stay. We had trouble with payment and were charged extra unnecessarily.

We get upgraded to a nice big room. Close to the railway station and airport shuttle bus station.

When we were arriving there were more than 6 people at the reception, but there was a total chaos. When we were leaving 3 people at the recption and chaos. Credit card reader did not work. Safe in the room didn`t work even if 3 times the service came. All electrical plugs had problems to get a coontact to charge a mobile. And we really tried all in the room and bathroom.

Convenient Location and Spacious Rooms the hotel is conveniently located near the airport shuttle bus drop-off and there are plenty of restaurants and stores around. the rooms are very spacious and have basic amenities. the beds were clean and comfortable to sleep in.

Poor Communication and Unpleasant Smell the staff does not speak English, and they were not helpful in providing recommendations for places to visit. the carpet in the room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes.
